The Center for Civil Liberties published on the website an analytical material about Ukrainian non-combatants who were detained and deprived of their liberty by the occupiers. This material was prepared by the working group of the Tribunal for Putin coalition. I was the leader of this group. After the publication of the material, we found two more prisons: a pre-trial detention center in the city of Voronezh and correctional colony No. 2 in the Krasnodar Territory in the village of Dvubratsky. I previously visited this colony several times with checks when I was a member of the Public Monitoring Commission of the Krasnodar Territory. We keep searching.
